How to Report an Absence

Please report a pupil absence by 8:45am  EACH day your child is not in school.

You can either...

• Phone the school office on 01873 860239 - there is now a dedicated  option  to leave messages regarding sickness absences.

• Email the office on admin@longtown.hereford.sch.uk

• Speak to a member of school staff on the school gate if dropping off another child
